Warrand, do you have a view on the pending court case? If you take IEC's statements at face value, this seems like a nuisance suit, with Caspian primarily at fault. Also assume the fact that the case has been pushed out so many months has been a big advantage to IEC as its given it time to build a cash holding sufficient to meet the liability if its forced to make 100 cents in the dollar payment, whereas back in Sept last year, perhaps it couldnt?
