obviously someone knew about the sales and wanted in over the last couple of days. Will be interesting to find out all the details when settled.

Also looks like another decent write down coming to year end. Doesnt seem to gel with the ale information but I am sure Dan has looked at them all and is happy.

40-60 mil is a big write down. (in actual fact it will be at the higher end of that given there would have been rental income off setting the loss).

Interesting to see the annual out in a couple of weeks.

Covenants could be an issue, however the must be having discussions with banks if so.

Interesting time. Shame Dan is having to sell hotels at the moment though.
