Its not irrelevant. And if you think so you are free to place your bets accordingly, but I wouldn't think this is as much of a slam dunk for immigration as you seem to believe.
Farage got as many seats as he did (largely from tory seats), because the Tories weren't doing enough on immigration. I wouldn't expect Starmer to open the floodgates anytime soon. Regardless if he has a majority or not ignores the political reality, and I don't think Starmer is politically naïve.
In terms of immigration from the UK I expect a 'hold' with a slight reducing bias.
