This is a once in a decade opportunity to buy a high-quality company trading on a PE of 22 (FY24) and 18 (FY25) (assuming only a 20% growth in EPS).

Yeah, the macro looks bad but I'm a bottom-up investor. Will immigration levels in Australia revert or potentially even go up in the long-term? Given that we are a country that only generates GDP growth through immigration, and we are the size of the US but have 7% of the population, I'd say it a certain bet.

@euphoria that stat about the company growing revenue in Australia by 33% despite segment shrinking by 17%. You are saying that is a good thing, right? To me that indicates the quality of the business.
