very clear and methodical with solid reasons. averaging down (if part of plan) is a good thing.
nst average is solid at 7.30, my evn unfortunately is above $2.50 i got a bit impatient and didnt want to miss it.
hopefully IEL keeps coming a bit lower. in most cases, you make your money when you buy. Not when you sell.
