Yeah, you should get a re-rate in the PE when there are more favourable regulatory conditions. Market seems to be too short sighted on this one.
At a PE of 21, should this stock be on a market multiple? No, clearly not given the EPS growth, high margins, and strong position in the market.
This is a GARP stock, like ResMed. Temporary dislocation that has given a great opportunity to get in at a great price.
