    All im saying is IEL current cashflow doesnt justify its price in a stable environment, and only makes sense if there is a lot of growth outlook.

    I dont see that growth outlook, particularly with current australian discourse on immigration, and australia being a huge market for IEL.

    IEL own presentation highlights the stagnant growth in the industry, not just for australia but most western markets.

    I cant see the share price recovering from here given earning multiples are still high for a low growth, let alone flat or falling growth industry.
