IER and Voting

Sooo...It seems there's some hostility toward 1st time posters, posters with opposing views, and posters with neutral views but a non-holder...

Please don't flame me....

I think labelling anyone with a different view as "Are you Todd?" is immature and useless..It's not advancing the discussion.

Back to FMS..What I notice so far is:
1/ FMS is clearly the last piece of the puzzle for Todd.
2/ Majority sentiment is a No toward the Todd offer.

Assuming the No vote goes ahead, what's likely to happen? Will Todd improve the offer? or will they just bugger off?

Could it be that Todd will offer FMS a convertible notes like they did with Rutila??

I'm holding the stock. I'm voting No. And I've lost almost all equity, so might as well reject this Offer...
