Rather than the useless dribble that is flowing here at the moment I have some pointed questions I'd like an answer to. It probably means contacting management later but maybe someone here has already heard answers.

- Who is doing the Independent Export report and when can we expect to see it ?

- When will the shareholders be asked to vote on the tie up with Bayan ?

- What regulatory approvals will be necessary for the deal to go ahead and what is the time frame on getting these approvals ?

Give up lamenting over the note holders. I had this argument in the middle of last year with the likes of wildyxxd concerning the negative effects these noteholders would have and the nonsense he came out with suggests he didn't really understand what the implications were or how they would work. If he/she's still around they might now understand what I was telling them. It's water under the bridge now anyway. Accept the dilution and the profit taking and try to look further ahead to what this Bayan deal will mean for holders of KRL. I'm sure I don't fully grasp what it will mean yet. I'd really like to see a new broker report that fleshes out the implication of this deal but hopefully the IER will go some way to answering my other questions.
