You're right. There was no mention of IEV. I think he talked about strategic alliances? or ways to further market the technology in aus, asia, gulf of mexico etc which would've been the cue for "the IEV partnership is coming along terrifically with *insert contract details* examples".
Unfortunately it was noticeably absent..
