I am no TA guru, but I think if 23 breaks , we may see the high 20s within a couple of weeks
Btw - Morgan Stanley have a earnings per share estimate on PDN in 2017-18 at 4 cents a share which would be a PE of 5 . Clearly indicates PDN has a serious chance of doubling price wise from here which is my 12-18 m target
