The measured continuous rise since the recent spike and retrace tells me that buyers are gaining confidence in the 88E story and want a stake in something that has all the hallmarks of becoming something huge. Some of the articles written about 88E by learned oil industry folk (and posted on HC by the kind posters who found them) make fascinating reading. I think there are enough clues in them to make one think the rock analysis will be positive ... just like the thermal analysis was. I don't think it's 'feeling dangerous'.
As for strategy ... there is no way I would not keep a stake in 88E at all times. A farm-out or take-over offer can come at any time. Will probably try to trade the ups and downs with a trading parcel ... but the majority of my holding will stay exactly where it is.
