its a tricky situation, and its not a loan , more of a business service, which they already have with another bank, and wanted to switch...
IE.. its like having a home loan with ZZZ bank, been payying for it for many years, same job etc... then bank ttt advertises a better priced loan.. you approach the bamk your with,,they wont budge, so you go to bank ttt... only to be declined...even thouggh you have been a AAA customer for the bank you are with... the fact you were declined goes also on your Credit report..
so does a bank have an obligation or are they legally bound to tell you...
