Ditto HIV (or very close to) - previous BIT225-009 Phase 2 trial confirmed that ART may no longer need to be taken for life as BIT225 cleared HIV from the HIV reservoir cells.

The two current phase 2 trials are further investigating the immune changes already observed. BIT225-010 has assessed newly diagnosed HIV positive individuals who were yet to commence ART and will assess for 24 weeks rather than the previous phase 2 12 week timeframe - seeking to confirm longevity of the changes. BIT225-011 has tested HIV positive patients who have already been on extended ART, not achieved full immunity and were then introduced to the BIT225 treatment to confirm if this cohort has same response..

Hopefully both are confirmed. Hoy seems to think so based on letter (reading between the lines) and AGM comments (am relying on third party HC feedback). GLTAH

Was in BIT at the beginning, sold out after a few years, been watching and now back in a big way (for me!)
