Today's announcement says drilling program stopped 15 Dec. So if a leak then probably not from the on-the-spot scintillometer operators since price surge was on 28 Dec.
Announcement says samples showing scintillometer readings of > 50ppm were sent to Alice Springs for assay. Therefore if a leak then probably from Alice Springs.
The following article on Athabasca Projects is perhaps interesting:

So far as I can find out >750ppm was regarded as ore economic to mine. But that was on old prices.
