I wasn't implying anything about whether you are voting yes or no ...

and nothing personally as it's seen time and time again here - whenever people post anything about Captain Cook it then seems to go straight to "what if" Spain or Portugal had made this a land colony.

I just think it's pointless exercise and has no answer with "what if's" from 200 years ago.
