If AL interview = true, why is LYC up?, page-6

I think under the guidance requirements LYC would have had to disclose if they missed their production guidance by more than a material amount by now. Lets assume materiality is 10% so the market is assuming LAMP has achieved at least 825 t through put. I think they have disclosed that they arent going to meet the production guidance and as usual with LYC the announcement is full of fluff speak so no one really knows. Going on past experience its a pump before the qtrly which will in turn lead to a dump and mountains of talk on here about poor communications, management failure, calling in the feds and such things. Hopefully though this time it will be different
