If ya wanna say hypocrisy ,then say so.
Don't beat about the bloody bush.
IMO, its ( NG) ,on housing has had a bloody good run.
I have posted often on this matter.
When investing in residential housing has a better record then the share market ( over a 30 year period), ya know, something is wrong.
