If I invested in lakes and they drilled a few duds and I lost my money It would be my fault and no one elses.. but to invest in a company that is purely using my money to fund salaries and not move the focus to wells that actually have a chance to be drilled feels like pure theft on lakes part!! I doubt very much this will end quietly either way.

I hope this doesnt happen.However if the plan fails... Then i really believe a class action run by the company to support reimbursement of investment monies based on government non approval. Because its not really investor related its government policy. And as holders all we would need to do is participate and agree to participate
