I'm a little confused by your posting. Maybe it is in my reading of it.
LKO was committed to the Victorian projects BEFORE the delisting/suspension etc.
They have not made any new commitments to VIC since the relisting.
I bought into LKO way before the delisting knowing full well that they had vast reserves that were subject to a moratorium.
My thought at the time, was that the suspension would HAVE to be lifted by the state government at some point.
Unfortunately, I totally underestimated the timeline that might be required for such a moratorium to be lifted.
It has made me fully aware of sovereign risk right here in Oz.
Am I missing something ?
