According to the last infomation release by MOY they would hope to be producing gold by December 2010...
Cant see why if they get a move along they cant still meet that timetable.... (6-9 months to build a CIL plant).
Given the rising gold price all looks to be going in their favour at present...
If you want to compare please look at IGR - comparable in project development.. but not in proce... MOY way undervalued IMO.... not to mention MOY have already jumped through all the hoops once before so i imagine once they push to button they could move very quickly....
Looking forward to the next couple of months as more information comes out about progress
