Yes, the CNP, CER property disaster has rocked the market .
Great properties caught between a rock and a hard place with alot of debt and no loan extension .
I feel pretty sure CNP and CER will be saved by higher interest loans from a range of banks, or it will be taken over . WDC unfortunately also has alot of debt but I am not sure of their time frame for repayment .
