Just wanted to send an invitation out to anyone interested in real estate.
I am a "retired" real estate agent and full time property investor. My real estate agency in Canberra managed close to half a billion worth of property for private investors, and I have personally sold over a billion dollars worth of residential stock (both here and in central London).
I personally own 11 IP's.
I currently consult within the industry, and to external regulatory bodies.
At the moment I do not have a real estate agency, so I am not spruiking for business; just happy to help if anyone needs unbiased advice.
