I will try not to insult you!

But your use of the word "dumped" is pathetic. It also shows you didnt read the announcment properly.

Firstly:

Have a look at the financial renumeration:
1. 3,750,000 - $37,500 (OFF-MARKET)
2. 250,000 - $78,378 (ON-MARKET)

So he actually only "dumped" 250k of options for $78k
The other 3.7 mill were sold for $37k - or only ONE CENT each.

Now instead of some silly comment about "Dumped" ... why dont you post something substansive, and try to figure out WHY he only got ONE CENT for each option?

Maybe come back to us when you have an answer ... and you will find it actualy answers your first question
