Well done Milanese68 !.

I was starting to believe, based on comments all over HC, that complaining to ASIC was a fruitless exercise .

I despair at ever seeing justice done for shareholders completely defrauded by the pirates masquerading as company management on some of these failing/ed small cap companies. Of course nothing may ever come of it as we don't have the financial muscle to fund a deep investigation and don't know how much resolve/resources are available to ASIC to push through any obfuscation that blocks their way to the truth.

I am not skilled in the sort of forensics that are needed to expose wrong doing by boards of management. But I have no doubt that our shareholder rights are being abused. I do doubt though that I can add any extra details to the substance of the complaint you have already made. Can you advise any other way I can help add some weight to your submission ? . I am only a very small share holder and I doubt a "what he said !" note from me will do much but annoy ASIC
