Sorry mate but I think the price is where it is because no one wants to buy at a higher level.
If the majority of investors wanted to buy then there is no way the price could be held back because a) 'they' could not sustain the losses, and b) they simply would not hold enough stock to have an influence if they kept offering and people kept buying.
