Robbo, it's a bit more than being 'not out of the question.' Whilst invested in AVB I have missed other opportunities which could have already made the gain I am hoping to make with AVB; however, AVB, as far as I am aware, has offered the lowest risk for the reward I am seeking and hence that is why I am invested with AVB - because I believe that a significant rise in sp over the next 2-3 years is a strong likelihood rather than 'not out of the question' - sorry to nitpick but investing on a doubtful basis such as that is more like a gamble (rather than a calculated/manageable risk) in my books.
