Just wondering reading BNB announcement last week how it trying to position itself in the future and maybe transfering the debt it owns it bank to shares.
Is it possible BBI may do a deal similar to what BNB want to do if it cant sell further assets? Looking at the capital structure BBI 75% is debt and 25% is shares according to etrade research. BBI equity has fallen further now the value is about $197M.
I believe BBI has quality assets but the reason in my opinion it wont trade over 20 cent region for a while until they sell assets and reduce there debt then the institutional investors may buy in.
Just my opinion do your own research.
