Lol,I end up using the 18650 batteries inside,for my flashlights super bright cree torches,It is usually only 1 or 2 batts inside that are dead and the rest are good,@roughly 15- 20 bucks a pop saves cash and they are good quality batts inside,Hope you didn't buy a cheapy replacement learnt my lesson twice
