I can understand that CUO holders are biased, but URL holders have a different view entirely. URL management will not accept this hostile takeover bid lying down, nor would we want them to. Should the share price fall (which is unlikely as there may be competing bids) that will be OK by URL holders because they know the underlying value of the company is as yet untapped. Why would we want to become part of a tin pot penny ante company with gazillions of shares on issue prone to being ramped on boards such as HC?
