I sometimes have a gut feeling that the TOL approval will take another 14.5 billion years..why?....thorium has a decay half-life just about that n i suspect that the malaysian government r waiting for the thorium to decay..when its done n gone..they will approve TOL as no thorium is left..smart government of Malaysia..am still positive for now.
