I don't think Richards has any love for Wah Nam, so I'd expect he's holding till the end. Sure he made a mint on walking, but they made him look foolish. I'd expect though he's signed a confidentiality agreement on his exit.
I think the fact he's still holding says a lot. He's giving the bird to Wah Nam.
