I don't think CATL will make a play while Huayou is at the front of the queue but if they did it would be in conjunction with Huayou.....interesting comments about the SunTzu quote ...'striking the enemy at his weakest point'. Evidence suggests that interest is shown though, through the on market share purchase by Huayou recently as called out by AVZ. So they are keen, just waiting for the right moment. DYOR AIMO.
