    This is way to strange........ whoever is buying isnt the smartest or they just want a quick position no matter the price.... they could have just sat and accumulated at the lower numbers easily imho.... It does not have the characteristics of the earlier pump and dumps or portfolio reshuffles we have seen previously as there is no depth on the buy side.... HRMMMM
