Tbh guys, I think you’re prob better off voting yes because I honestly can’t see cph surviving much longer on their own. They’ll certainly need a cap raise pretty soon absent the merger which is likely to fail and the board has already implicitly acknowledged the high probability of failure under the status quo, otherwise they wouldn’t have recommended the merger in the first place. Right?

so, while the deal is a bit rank, I think it’s better than trying to go it alone which I consider almost certain to fail, thus making your shares absolutely worthless
