Diversification is all i can can come up with.
Have troubles with one project and the other you have is still producing. Until the problems are rectified.
(once they are both producing that is).
But agree with you better to get some decent production under way and cash in excess of what you need and then look at taking other projects.
Another thing they may be trying to make CTO look better on paper for a takeover maybe?
