    I am waiting for the Bidders Statement to come out to see what other information is contained in it. I agree that CTO have given no reasoning for this takeover and they do need to explain it to existing shareholders. I also tend to agree with most people here about why now when focus should be on charters towers production. Gateway's announcement to shareholders was that their shareholder take no action at this time so it is not a hostile takeover.
