I doubt he can tell us anymore than whats available to the market.
What I do hear is that the deal has changed significantly, and whether the company ends up being called HAL or the latest HRD... (or who knows what next), I do hear that it will be very attractive to RNC.... its just a matter of when as this has dragged on long enough now!
