RMIT offer is due to close on Monday. We'll see. Given all the delays it is no wonder they want to enter into a mgmt agreement with RNC. Imagine phoning these chaps to have some servicing done to your rental property!
RNC will be releasing financials over the next few weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing how much traction they have made on growing the Sales business. Decreasing interest rates should aid cashflow generation. If all goes well, a final div of 0.6 cents could be on offer.
If RNC post a stellar result I hope they end the RMIT sale process. RNC has the potential to grow into a much larger company over the coming years.
Director purchases in May and June (albeit lightweight) suggest the financial report could be very good. Most insider purchases are done to stem price weakness, not these.
Someone has been happily mopping up the sell side dribbles for weeks now. Good to see.
