offered 1.5 mil shares at 1.20 ...
the price at the time of the offer was as you said a bit above that so a a slight discount.
they speak to their 'special' clients and say to them , how many RFE shares would you like, they will be $2 in the next 6months , what do you think the client would say " ok I'll take 100,00 shares thanks" easy money.
Now look at Mr Healy , what do you think he though when he put his hand up for (and got) 3 mil shares at $1.20 ... he probably thought it was his lucky day ... and knowing his connections he proabably thought this is very easy money ...
the same goes for us , we just need to do the same thing .. WAIT ....
