gcteacher, thanks for your reply - and we are all anonymous in this forum....which is often visible in the tone of communication.

Very much agree with your view, that short term objective of creating cash by settling earlier in the process can hurt long term objectives, as clients might avoid SGH if labelled more concerned about themselves than clients.

Hopefully, our faith in SGH will be proved correct end February - though, must admit I jumped in to early at $1 and didn't have the b.... to average down when it was trading at $0.55.
