not seeing any malice this time, last time there sure was..

imho a reality check is needed,,

we all do our own research and i always check everything
any director says about their ops or their region or what
ever hype or spin they put out.

if they are not geologists nor oilmen, nor in any way had a
career in that industry i check it even more thoroughly

because azz has been so good at making such amazing
announcements without regard for what may happen if they
got it wrong.. i tend to think making claims that the wells
north of the edwards reef, are comparable to what the
results are of wells south of it really is a long bow to
draw.. potential is there, results are needed first imho.

as for finding a near by well that is missed on all azz
presentations, that not my task to point out, we all do our
own research.. i was curious if you had done yours.

in no way it conclusive that the rock azz are in is going
to behave the same as the rock petrohawk are in..

if you look at their most recent petrohawk presentation,
they disregard the acreages north of the edwards reef,
and point out their $3000 an acre acquisition are on trend
and further east.. and all entirely south of the reef..

and they got the counties pretty well messed up..

sure petrohawk are pumping it up, but they have something
to pump up.. they have wells with production.. some with
high ip's. and very silent on their failures in the field..

i am concerned that anyone reading the announcements by azz
may actually believe there is some amazing production about
to happen,, imho you prove it first, test it a little,
(like adi) then you blow your trumpet a little if its
    looking good..

i cant conclude that what your posting has got any science
to it, nor can i be convinced that petrohawk would have
missed the entire north side of the reef for no reason, nor
am i convinced that azz are the first in the region to test
    these rocks..

we all want these smallcaps to be successful, buy we dont
want people bluffed into thinking something is brilliant
    unless its proved..

azz has benefited from a lot of very hyped up announcements,
i hope it all pays off and they get a commercial result as
i think some pretty nasty comment may come regarding the
show they are putting on thus far..

all good fun, but eventually it costs the last one who
heard the story and got in at an inflated price. can anyone
who is not half competent in the oil industry make a good
sound judgement on the play with the hype thats coming out?

we all want the same thing, success.. lets wait till its
successful then blow some trumpets.. the sp is pretty high
atm based on nothing at all.

    all imho and dyor

this is the messed up slide in the petrohawk presentation
from nov 09 pointing out their interests are all south of
    the reef
