When I looked at the annual, debts are not the only issue. Debts impact profit loss by interest of around 40m.

So they are not going to fix swms issues.

The issue on selling assets is loss of income, the issue hear is very little is going to the bottom line already.

On the liabilities there are over 200m in provisions to bear fruit yet.

Its all the liabilities, there are nearly 1b worth, outside actual debt.

They have neg assets of over 200m, so this year they need a nett profit of 200m just to own an asset. Ie equity.

Also without the property Sale and magazine sale swm was cash flow negative.

It is poor cash flow. Less than 50m on 1.5b liability that I worry about.

No cash flow, no business.

Selling assets and reducing debts does not address cash flow.
