It's seems you have decided to adopt an investing attitude of last resort..... If I think and talk negative, the opposite might happen. Mate we have all been there at some stage, but there is no requirement for this company.
Kim, who happens to have a legal background just forked out 100k. That is telling in my eyes given what we have been through in the last 14 months.
He would not have done that if there was any inkling of the permit not being granted. Why? Because I if it wasn't granted he would be able to buy at much lower levels.
Anyway, the court case was settled on the 23 rd of Dec and now 5 weeks has passed. To me that works more in our favour of the permit being granted than anything else.
