Obviously there's a snag with the granting of the permit.
Although... have to agree with Jaybay78 on this one. A Director purchasing 100K at this time is telling. He knows there's a hurdle to get over with the permit. He also knows if the permit was going to be knocked back the stock price would tumble and he would have ample oppportunity to purchase probably double the amount of shares he has recently purchased.
I agree it doesn't look good on the surface but JB78 insight makes a lot of sense.
It's a waiting game.
