The key is difference between this Tech company and others recently on the ASX is the sheer scale of the revenue already being generated... Most other tech hopefuls have guestimated future revenue or are not cash flow +ive ...whereas this deal (if it goes ahead) already has large revenue and a solid pipeline of more to come. All I could say is a premium to other recent Tech starts ups in Mcap terms. Take a look at MCap of companies such as BRN, POK, RYG. With the last 2 fully diluted after there respective reverse takeovers have been completed of course.
