Now, i am trying to work this rudd character out....he is throwing money at 'first home grants', 'new home grants' and the like.....and i am asking meself...why??? if housing is so strong, why does it need to be propped up by the government????
i wanted to ask the other bulls...if housing is so fundamentally strong here in oz, why the cash handouts????
