If housing slumps we are very safe... there is no better place to put ones money than bricks and mortar... this is how the housing market has always been... I am not sure why it will suddenly change now... best time to buy is when everyone is selling... just make sure you buy the worst house in the best street... property will double in the next 10 years... it is a matter of doing your research before you buy.
