- Will reduce the employees’ salaries and bonus including myself
- Will change the mining working contracts according to payments by the production or transportation quantities of tonnes
- Will try to seek takeover bid
- Will try to organize International Iron Ore Exporters Organization to control export price and volume
- Will ask to change the iron ore royalty rate according to production quantity
- Will try to sell off businesses, especially loss making businesses
