I just called the Graincorp shareholder information line to clarify on the dates. They said I'll be eligible for UMG provided I hold GNC as of the record date given below.
Demerger Scheme Record Date Time and date for determining entitlements to UMG Shares under the Demerger - 7:00pm on Wednesday, 25 March 2020
However, they didn't have my HIN in their system and I need to check that in again tomorrow.
